“Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.”

“Gorgeous lodge that is really remote that it feels like a little private area. Very clean, close to other food places. Hot tub so lovely and warm. Nicely fenced off or closed off with hedges.”

“TV remote was generic so it did work properly, I was told it was due to customers sealing the original ones, not very helpful reply though. Soap etc hard to dispense, if at all. Poor quality bathroom, with parts missing from the shower and tap and broken tiles.”

“I normally have a great experience, this time the room I was given first looked like someone else was using it. I got it changed to not a great room despite the hotel being more or less empty. But the new room was only set for one night rather than two - which I got sorted on the second day , but it’s just nit what you expect, especially with the hotel being quiet . “We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
