“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

“WiFi code wasn't obvious but minor. Other than that lovely room with tons of facilities. Good pub with lovely cobs and beer etc Would stay again when in Stourbridge!”

“The staff and the hotel are fine , but the noise from the streets was terrible, couldn’t sleep noise on the Monday night into early hours of the morning around 4 in the morning, drunken people shouting,”
