The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. “The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I got everything I need during the stay. There are several supermarkets nearby. Coffee shops, restaurants are easy to reach. The community is safe and modern. Very good experience.”

“とても素敵なお部屋でした！ セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。 とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、 テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、 食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。 それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！”

One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told.
