“Todo lo necesario sin complicaciones. Muy cómodo”

“The room was very dirty on arrival and my significant other had to ask the staff to clean it. The AC and laundry were not working on arrival. The bed is so hard I ended up switching to another hotel after a couple of days. Pretty sure the bed was concrete with a sheet on top”

“I like the area and how convenient everything was to the apartment. We had plenty of convenience stores and also a mall and restaurants. We loved it there.”

“I really enjoyed staying in my apartment. Everything was very convenient. Nice view above the city and very peaceful environment. It is quite at night so if you like peace and quite at nighttime this place is perfect. There is a small 24 hr mini shop across from the apartment building. Just a hint if hiring Grab, don't use the apartment address as the cars have difficultity getting in and out the small lane, best to use the hotel on the road next to entrance of the lane.”

“Good strategic place”

“The property is getting old and needs renovations. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it, but do not expect much from the facility. The staff is great, they do not speak English but are very friendly.”

“Enjoyed the stay, the host are kind.”

“Second time staying in the Landmark Plus, I selected the locations from the map view. Specifically choose a unit on the opposite side of pearl district .. so we were surprised to be in The landmark plus unit. But the location is good just didn’t want to stay in that building again. The bed was comfortable and great AC, kitchen was stock to cook and the unit had a couch and table for eating. Unit was not decorated like the photos and bathroom was not clean to my wife expectations. We would say...
