Beautiful hotel. Loved my stay

The hotel was beautiful, room had an amazing view, hotel itself had awesome dining options, beautiful pools. However, only downside was being blind sided by the $500 refundable deposit. When we booked this hotel, only stated $170 was due at the hotel. However, we were blind sided by this. Despite showing our expedia recipete, where it was stated only $170 was due at the hotel on check in. That with also being blindsided by gratuity added to our spa day, which ended up the spa being close to $600 just for two people. Dont get me wrong the service was great, however being blind sided by these upcharges for everything was crazy. So i dont think i will stay here again due to those reasons.

Had an overall bad experience, this will be our last stay here for awhile. Booked this hotel in 2023 through Hotels.com great experience, great room service great everything, booked through the hotel in 2024 overall was amazing but with some hiccups here and there nothing too crazy, this last time around was the worst, paid extra for a room and credit that was not properly managged, the room I booked away from the noise was interrupted 3 times by staff banging on the door and walking into us sleeping very scary. I spoke to the manager and they changed us rooms with an additional credit intop of what I already purchased. Turns out our credit was read wrong and ended up owing in top Of all the prepaid stuff I had already paid for a purchase earlier. Last day wanted to stay in the hotel to play seemed one of the machines I was in for 2 hours was rigged. Went to downtown Vegas played at the Golden Nugget, and won big. This hotel used to be good but seems like nothing is good to stay at in Vegas. Sad. Oh and parking kept charging us 21 dollars everytime we’d come in n out… spoke to front desk and they said that they only should charge us one time per day. It was a mess

I really enjoyed my stay at Soleado Hotel! Great location just steps from the ocean, and the quality was well worth the price. A lovely place for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it!
