“La habitación algo sucia, y el labavo se estropeó a la primera noche. El salón de desayuno tiene solo 2 mesas, la comida suficiente pero nada espectacular. En fin se puede dormir bien, pero en general muy espartano.”

“Trying to even find a place at the office to check in was nearly impossible without walking a staircase. Balcony and stairway in desperate need of upgrading. When entering the entrance carpet looked like there was mud and whatever else was on it. The entrance door was dirty. Do bad we left and got a room down the road for the same price. Was told I would not get my money back but it was worth it just to get out of there”

“We had a two night girl’s stay here and we found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating with our requests from providing chairs poolside to ice for our room and providing taxi numbers. The rooms have been recently renovated, are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Especially loved swimming in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The property location is ideal for downtown Bracebridge, local restaurants, farmers market on Saturdays, retail shops. Rooms are dated and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling after a good torrential rain leaving the bathroom smelling musty.”

“Wonderful one night stay at the Dudley to see a concert at the Kee. No complaints. Beds and lines were very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a floor length mirror or 1-2 mirrors in the room as the only mirror available to get ready was in the bathroom. We made it work as a party of 2 but it would be very challenging if a 3-4 girls stayed in the room.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in 30+ degrees outside heat. Free WIFI and an excellent selection of television channels.”

“Fridge had a fowl odor due to not being plugged in and door shut, cables to tv where missing as well as batteries for the remotes. Stains on the table and walls. Worst stay i have ever had.”

“When we were arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was cleaning our parking spot of the snow. Super friendly and wonderful check-in. The room was very quaint and clean (other than a bone under the bed). All was wonderful, other than there were very minimal receptacles, but we travel with enough cords to deal with our CPAP and Laptop. The Wi-Fi for the laptop kept dropping out, but other than that, we will most certainly stay again. ”
