“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”

“It has been a new experience for me as this hotel offers a different concept. You have to rent linen and towel. No cleaning of the room unless you require it and pay for it. For me, the big advantage was the kitchen available for guests Very well equipped where you can cook your own meals. Fantastic for me as I'm on a very strict diet and can't usually find the correct food in normal restaurants. Overall I had an excellent stay. “Very nice location and helpful staff. Nice spa facilities, and the breakfast was great! Although there was an issue with our assigned room, the staff immediately sorted it out and got us set in an identical one without question or delay. Couldn't have asked for more.”

“Rummet stämde inte alls överens med bilderna på nätet. Endast var sin liten huvudkudde. Trångt, mörkt och sjangserat med märklig doft. Receptionen var ej öppen när vi kom trots att vi kom innan 20.00 fick gå in genom en bakdörr, kändes som en köksingång. Ej så tillmötesgående personal. Det kändes som två vitt skilda hotell i hotellet, vilket ej framgick vid bokning.”
