Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment.

The restaurant Heaven 23 food and service was wonderful but the spa is very expensive and the service there was poor compared to a couple of year ago. I probably won’t be returning to the hotel after being there many times on business trips. It’s just not worth the money.
