Great location and great view of Gothenburg. Gothia Towers is an amazing hotel experience. Almost everything you need is in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is really clean. It may be a little pricey for some, but the experience is worth it. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing attractions, museums, shopping and it's about 20 minutes from the airport. Access to Public transportation hub is 5 minutes walk from the Towers and the major Mall is15 minutes by tram from the Towers. Liseberg Amusement Park is across from the hotel. You have to visit Universeum (less than 10 minutes walk from the Towers) to especially see you the 3D shows.

Unpleasant lack of support from the Front Desk during checkout. I specifically asked where is the airport shuttle station. I was provided some general indications (‘just take a right’) and was not provided with any support on how can I buy the online tickets (Swedish web site). It took another 30 min outside at -10C to get support from some polite Swedish individuals on how to get the above.information.
