I wish their menu had more options, we had dinner last night, the venison was not tender at all, they even forgot half the meal, the salads that were meant to accompany them, mediocre at best . But can’t always expect excellence all the time.”

“I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”

“El hotel es hermoso , el staff muy àmable y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”
