I had a stress when, on the day of arrival, at the airport I was announced that my accommodation was canceled. But the owner was very nice and did not leave us on the street at night... offering a room.”

“Habitación limpia, con nevera, caja de seguridad y con aseo funcional con lavadora. Por contra, silla poco comoda, buen desayuno pero faltaba algo más de variedad (tostadas, huevos revueltos) y wifi mejorable. Personal muy amable y servicial. Recomendable.”

А с утра нас ждал отличный завтрак с соками, выпечкой , кофе и мясными закусками. Отличный отель. Мы остались очень довольны.Рекомендую воспользоваться услугами этого отеля.”

“I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. Next day in the morning, they actually checked my reservation, everything was in place but they did not know why did not come to the airport. No further explanation given. No apologies no compensation....
