“When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. I had asked AI before booking (because my son had a sports match at 9) what time, breakfast...

“I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. Next day in the morning, they actually checked my reservation, everything was in place but they did not know why did not come to the airport. No further explanation given. No apologies no compensation....

“Ottimo hotel con estrema pulizia, acqua gratuita in ogni momento e disponibilità della reception. La colazione si fa al ristorante davanti che offre una vastissima scelta e unico neo il servizio lentissimo al ristorante, anche mezz’ora per un piatto e gli orari di apertura tardivi e difficilmente conciliabili con le escursioni. Ottimo il Wi FI e posizione centralissima. Lo consiglio”
