it was on day 5 of the Everest Base Camp Trek that our group began to feel the effects of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness).
What I remember about Dingbochure (14,435ft) was that we watched the movie Everest, drank delicious hot chocolate, and I met a group of lads that we're summiting!
