I do love the Luxor and have stayed there before - but wow this time was a bit different.
The check-in was terrible - it seems like every kiosk needed help.
Not a huge deal but it would be nice to add conditioner in the shower.
Then my last day arrived - power outage - which can happen to anyone but then no water! This was not communicated at all - I just kept checking it but for 6 hours no water - so no shower for my trip home,
Seems like that is something that could be texted or communicated somehow.

The rooms were nice and cleaned the only thing that was weird is the closet door was the bathroom door other than that was well cleaned and everything was close by since its at the strip

The only thing I didnt like was I thought the hair dressing would be available for me to use for my wedding and I had to go elsewhere for it. They also didnt have a steamer for my wedding dress.

The room was great as the hotel also upheld it's standard of being the only casino that doesn't allow smoking inside.

The pool closes too early in August. 6-7pm closing time is not acceptable when the sun sets at 8pm. Other than that, everything else is excellent. Free parking is a plus.
