“There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work...

“Este hotel es increíble cuando de lujo se trata, es un lujo la amabilidad y eficiencia de su personal. De las habitaciones que por demás decir la gran mayoría son con vista al mar en zona muy tranquila y muy cercana a otras atracciones. Demasiadas cortesías desde el londry hasta el 5 a 7 pm de bar y snack de cortesía free. Desayuno muy bueno y bien surtido. Y no quería dejar de mencionar la increíble cama que tienen sus habitaciones impresionante!!!!”

“Needs major improvement... extremely cold rooms without heat and building needs also to be upscaled urgently. But the major issue was at dinner when a lady (probably the owner) approached us explaining that because there was not going to be electricity the next day I had to prepay all expenses + any future expenses, which I gladly did... but there was no electricity shortage the next day, even when I asked an employee they didn’t know what was so talking about. It seems to me and please correct...
