“Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...

“Great hotel lobby, an excellent breakfast selection and service, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Some of the surrounding area is still under construction and could do with better signposting in the underground car park. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic — a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the amazing staff; they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!”
