Decent hotel in a good location.

Decent hotel in a good location, but didn’t respond to emails, or offer Gold Member privileges. Breakfast buffet ok, but hot food tended to be a bit lukewarm. Comfortable room. Would stay there again.

The towels smelled chemical cheap perfume. I informed them many times that I have a chemical allergy but they didn't seem they take care of it and continued to provide me smelly towels. They said to me it's a softener but I don't think it's a softener because the towels smelled in spots.

Very nice installations, personnel was very kind and the room was clean and tide. We didn't like the pillows, so big that didn't allow us to sleep, and the parking area is very small, I indeed scratch my truck maneuvering in there.,

Pay more somewhere else

Hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and the coffee is hot. These are good things. But I travel a lot and the way one is treated is really important. This hotel costs a lot of money in anyone's language but it's not Park Plaza, its a Travelodge. And that's how I felt I was treated, like they were doing me a favour just to let me have a room. This hotel is cheap compared to others in Riyadh but honestly, for what you get it's extremely expensive.

The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly. The room wasn’t as clean as I thought. I shared photos with the reception to showcase the uncleanliness, where they changed my room twice in fact. When I asked for an upgrade as such a service is common for such an inconvenience, they declined and gave me nuts with fruits for free. The thing that pissed me off the most was the smell of the hotel rooms, which was like sewage for some reason.

The staff at this property are not service friendly. They cannot understand basic requests and instructions. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and they could only provide one. We could not get basic services like printing a document or request for a cup of tea without us having to explain it over and over again. They charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and 1 additional room. I am still waiting for the credit.
