“Our room has a good view to Albert Park and it's comfortable and clean. The tram station is only 3/4 min walking however the internet is too bad (all the time!, It's really hard to work with this one). The pool is very cold and it has not roof for that reason we could not enjoy this one (and less with a child - strong winds). Sometimes bar staff or dining staff is not friendly about to do a favor with a child, I don't understand that... but staff at the reception is so kind and helful.”

“Really can’t fault my overnight stay. Communication from the concierge was instant and were helpful in explaining what to do. Instructions also given over text and plenty of signage to make it easy. Super comfy bed! Love the pull off shower head, milk, tea etc provided too. Will stay again!”

“Some misses in the beginning with the power to the AC being off so the apartment was really hot. Easily fixed once we got in touch with management. Also, towels were missing and no gas for the BBQ (even though the information said there should be two gas tubes at all times). Took some time to fix those issues but finally got solved and management was service minded and helpful. No wifi in the apartment which was a bit annoying. Had a great three weeks in the apartment and would stay there again...
