“Key pick up was inconveniently from a grocery store on a main road with inadequate parking. Car park entry was at rear of building and difficult to locate and access as there were no instructions on how to use the key fob. Apartment itself was good and in a good location for our purpose. Light in master bedroom flickered constantly and the mixer tap in the shower came off in my hand. WiFi was iffy, no info on where to find rubbish bins. Name of building would have been helpful.”

“Booked this apartment because the listing said it had car parking . It did , but this turned out to be a car stacker that would only fit a car under 1.5 m high ! My car is a Honda cRV and needs 2.1 m ! So your car park was useless and we had to arrange other parking for the entire holiday weekend . I don’t even know how to use a car stacker ! ”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm didn’t get in until 3:40pm as the cleaners were still there. Ariel was broken no tv, sliding door in bedroom was broken, no T towels, washing powder, toilet roll or hair dryer. Towel rails broken and lamp in main bedroom faulty kept flashing so the cleaners took it away. Cleaners kept coming back to get missing pieces and came back to clean muck off walls and sinks. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. So disappointing never had anything like...
