“This was a special booking for us. My mum got married here nearly 30 years ago. Due to ill health; this is their last time being able to get to the hotel. So we decided to surprise them with staying for the night…they thought they were just going for lunch. I reached out to the hotel to explain the situation & from the get go; they were exceptional with their support in making it a memorable experience. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kindly gifted room upgrades to make it extra special....

“It was clean and quirky,only downside it was a little bit cold but I don't think the bathroom radiator was working and no milk for making brews but other than that it was excellent ”
