Friendly and caring wait staff at the bar, and the breakfast buffets. Very good food, top notch staff in all areas, clean and modern facilities. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here.”

“Flash hotel, nice and modern. Breakfast buffet was incredible, one of the best ive seen. Other restaurent wasnt all that and drinks and coctails were not good. (Not cold enough) We were served warm beer on welcome.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation ”

The garden and pool areas were perfect for relaxation, and the beach access made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families!”

Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel. Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however. ”

“Ubicación muy buena cerca de calangute que es de las zonas más turísticas, está a 10 min caminando de varios restaurantes y la playa, fueron muy amables en darnos recomendación de alimentos y lugares nocturnos, el personal siempre atento de nuestras necesidades, el camino para llegar a la playa está un poco descuidado pero todo lo demás fue perfecto. ”

“The resort is in a beautiful location on the river. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The whole site is very clean and welcoming and the bed one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Overall a wonderful place to stay. ”

“Treated like a king from minute I arrived. Easily best service at any hotel I have ever had. Unbelievably good. Room are lovely and although paid breakfast it’s was superb for the price. Drinks also were really well priced and on many occasions cheaper than bars. Can’t wait to go back ”
