“We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. “Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.”

“Das Resort liegt ein gutes Stück außerhalb von Bitung am Ufer der Lembeh Strait und wurde sehr schön in die Natur eingebettet. Alles ist erst wenige Jahre alt und gut gepflegt. Einzig die Tauchboote und das Dive Center nicht mehr so ansehnlich. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste in diesem sehr komfortablen Resort. Und haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier genossen. “We booked a room for 4 adults and were shown to a room with 2 single beds. We had to show booking confirmation email (using hot spot from staff member’s phone as the free wifi was non-existent) before we were then offered an uncleaned room with a double and single bed, as well as a single sofa bed. Host was very reluctant to give us extra linen for the sofa bed. ”
