“We were booked initially in a nice and new room. Unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom, hence, we were transferred to another available bigger room with 2 beds good for 4 persons, but not as nice as our initial booked room. The bathroom is quite old and needs improvement. Overall, the price is reasonable for our a night stay and accessible to Tagaytay sites.”

“the rooms in this hotel are nothing but a bed, two sheets, and two pillows. No blanket, no chair. The temperature is much cooler here than other parts of the country, yet they turned on the air conditioning. I turned it off but was cold all night under the one thin sheet on the bed. The shower had hot water but the hanger on the wall for the shower head was such that you could not stand under the shower, you had to take it off and hold it in your hand.
