“Owner and Care taker are accommodating and fast to response but the room needs to have a full renovation and the apliances needs to be replaced. During the first night, had issues with the bed sheets and it was changed immediately the next day which was really appreciated. It would also be nice if tissue,handsoap etc was included but there was none as well. The aircondition was loud. ”

“I like the place and it’s almost perfect. I’m willing to book there again except that the place has no WIFI and no TV. There is TV but no access to be watched.”

“There were no maps on showing us how to enter the property. The roads are all one way and due to the holiday the traffic was awful. It took several attempts to find which gate to enter. Then the check in was dreadful. Only one staff handling all of the check-ins and the line was long and took us over an hour to check-in. The view of Taal lake and Taal volcano crater from the room were excellent. It was nice we had a kitchen and didn't have to go out to eat. My family was happy that New Years eve...
