"Decent hotel. Friendly and efficient reception. Good central location. Beds and pillows soft and comfortable. Housekeeping could improve by refilling empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash."

"The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan."

"This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend."

"Excellent customer service provided by Ms Nicca. Downside - housekeeping need to pull up their socks. Came back one day bed were not made!"
