"Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling."

"The hotel is expensive for the the service. Not hot water in our shower (although we didn't say anything to the reception). A lot of noise from street and no possibility of getting the room complete dark at night. A lot of light became also from the corridor during all the night.
