"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"一番気になったのは、ウェブサイトや、居室内にある宿泊者向けの案内に書いてあるサービスが受けられなかったことです。 施設側のオーナーいう人にもこの点について説明を求めましたが、私たちが若いからなのか、一方的に記載からは到底想像もできない即席でつくったような理由で断られました。 例えば、ウェブサイトには、施設がある「印南町内への無料送迎はご利用代金にかかわらず随時承っております。その他エリアは、ご利用代金10,000円以上にて片道20kmまで無料送迎。お気軽にご利用いただけます。」とありますが、 オーナーだという男性によると、それは宿泊者ではなく、お酒などを飲んだレストラン利用者へのサービスだとのことでした。 いろいろと事情があるのかもしれませんが、終始軽んじられている印象を受けました。 車なしで訪れ、記載されたサービスを当たり前に利用できると疑っていなかった私たちとはミスマッチの宿泊先でした。"
