Highly recommended! Well designed & comfortable rooms, nicely appointed, Onsen on the 12th floor. Located in a mini-mall complex by the train station with a large multi-story parking, and many options to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus a specialty food market on the ground floor In short an excellent choice in Wakayama. Easy bus access or 20min walk to the castle and museums

Nice property right next to the train station. The hotel shared space with a large market and restaurants which made things very convenient. The rooms were clean, but very small for two people. Nice view of the Wakayama Castle.

さすが評価の高いホテルでした！清潔でとても満足。特に館内着が気持ちよくて欲しくなりました。1万円で買えるそうです。フロントが11階、スカイスパは12階でエレベーターがなかなか来ないのは仕方ないか... カードキーに部屋番号など表示されてないのでスカイスパでの紛失に注意です。

サウナを楽しみに利用しましたが、整いスペースが無く残念でした。脱衣所の使用すみタオルが山積み状態でしたので、清掃タイミングをもう少し短めにした方が、利用する側は気持ち良いかと思います。サウナマットも同様です。

施設は新しく綺麗でした。共同のお風呂は眺めはいいですが、脱衣場が狭くキャパオーバーに感じました。フロント階のトイレが人が集まる場所なのに、狭いのが気になりました。

お盆の最中でしたが朝食バイキングはゆっくりいただけました。大浴場は皆さんマナーよく利用されてました。サウナは程よく熱くて、朝から利用できるのもありがたい。観光はせず２連泊してホテルで過ごしました。外の暑さを凌げて満足の3日間でした。
