Family Hotels in Vendée

"Reception were unhelpful at times, had continuous issues with keycard and not being able to get in the room. Toilet being downstairs in duplex apartment was an issue at night. Hotel menu was very limited, only 4 choices for starters, mains & deserts and it didn’t change all week. Also food cooked in peanut oil and couldn’t guarantee or change any meals to make them nut free, two of our party have nut allergies, so couldn’t eat there. "We had a last minute stay at Côte-Ouest due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. "Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Odeur de moisissures à la réception. Hôtel d'un autre âge ! De la moquette partout ...rien de plus sale. La salle de bain plus kitsch tu meurs. Nous n'y retournons jamais. Piscine dehors couverte avec tout autour des mauvaises herbes, transat moisis. Aucun entretien n'est effectué. Une seule prise de courant dans la chambre. Sympa pour charger 2 téléphones."
