Sept ans après un premier séjour, la qualité de l'établissement et l'accueil du personnel sont toujours présents. La proximité avec Le Puy du Fou est appréciable. Possibilité de se restaurer sur des tables à l'extérieur et à l'abri;Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking facile

Globalement déçu par la préstation

Problème avec la borne pour récupérer l'accès à la chambre, le code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons appeler à plusieurs reprise le service d'assistance qui à répondu au bout de 3 appels. L'interlocuteur n'étais pas très aimable. Il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dans la chambre alors que j'ai réservé pour deux personnes. Globalement déçu.

Nous avons sejourné plusieurs jours dans la région et avons réservé 3 nuits. Nous connaissons l'enseigne B&B et n'avons jamais été déçu, RAS niveau calme, bonne literie et petit déjeuner.

Hôtel basique à prix élevé

L'arrivée tardive rend l'accès à l'hotel pénible : via un automate. Le numéro de réservation, nécessaire à l'enregistrement n'est pas disponible sur l'application hotel.com! Obligé de faire appel à l'assistance de l'hotel, toutefois très efficace. Hotel cher pour la prestation donnée, probablement due à la proximité du Puy du fou.

Le voisin de hôtel (restaurant)très désagréable je me suis tromper de parking un monsieur est venue et ma dit de manière pas très agréable que je devait pas me garer la hors que je faisais juste demi tour quand j'ai réalisé que je m'étais trompé de parking. Et puis celui qui étais a la réception de l'hôtel pas très accueillant pas souriant et le petits déjeuner pour le prix vaut mieux aller a la boulangerie du coin vous mangerais mieux et pour moin cher.

Dommage !! Déçus !! Odeur nauséabonde dans la cham

Bonjour, c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et après une bonne expérience , malheureusement ce séjour a été gâché par une forte odeur nauséabonde ( pourriture ) !!! Avons été obligés de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte malgré la pluie et la fraîcheur de la nuit. Lamentable !!
