"While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution. "

"Hotel acogedor, habitación limpia, personal atento y amable. Desayuno bueno, muy buena toda la fruta. Habitación de tamaño justo, armario chico, solo con espacio para colgado y con 5 perchas, fundamental poner mas perchas. Igualmente todo muy bien, volvería. "

"Hay cosas (como el reloj del apartamento) que no revisan. La ventana del baño no se podía abrir, por lo que ventilar después de la ducha se hacía i posible. No resulta agradable. Por lo demás, excelente situación y comodidad."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."
