Disgusting dirty bath, hotel did nothing to clean

After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. NOTHING has happened.

Super convenient

Nice hotel , clean, great service and very easy and practical for skiing. Lift and lockers nearby, parking on site, equipment rental, shops and restaurants within minutes, also the hotel took care of the equipment before and after rental which was great so we didnt have to carry all the stuff back. Great experience overall.

No es un hotel 5 Estrellas, yo creo que sí acaso, 4. Los cuartos muy chicos, mal equipados, los muebles se ruedan; la cama muy incómoda de baja calidad, al igual q las almohadas. Los restaurantes muy malos y caros. El personal poco amable, excepto por el Manager de alimentos y bebidas que fue muy cordial y servicial.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are excellent and the location is perfect for skiing in BB (moments from the lift, next door to great ski hire and also the lift pass place). We has two minor issues; 1. The rooms are HOT and there is no aircon `(only heating) as it is a winter only resort. This means that you have to have a window open at night, our room was on the second floor and had a large flat roof outside the patio door (the only “window” we had was the door). The flat roof is shared by almost everyone on the 2nd floor, so anyone could, in theory, could just walk in. 2. Our room for 3 was just a double room with a food out sofa bed. We had almost no floor space and were cramped all week. The ski locker for our on is clearly also designed for 2 with us having to cram everything in

Como positivo el trato del personal de los tratamientos de Spa. Personal del desayuno amable Precio elevado para el nivel del hotel. Habitación no corresponde con descripción. Se solicita cambio de habitación y el Room Move no fue fluido. Esperamos 30 minutos para poder encontrar los esquís en taquillas Restaurantes con mesas sin recoger y suciedad general Spa no a la altura, dos jacuzzis de plástico duro. Todo el spa encharcado en agua Disfrutando de la chimenea exterior en la terraza, a las 11 de la noche el encargado de bar sale con la tapa, la pone de malas maneras sin avisar golpeando el mueble, y se genera tanto humo que tenemos que abandonar la terraza y sin terminar la copa de vino

Très bon séjour. Personnel au top. Toujours au petits soins et nombreux. Par contre bruit de tuyauterie dans la salle de bains et insonorisation pas terrible ..mais nous reviendrons !
