"Rooms were nowhere near clean and the staff was rude. There was no safeguards at the pool side which was a big concern. When we did visit the pool area the lights went out and no one had an idea of what was happening. The shuttle was driven dangerously by members of staff when I had my two young children with me. This hotel is definitely not for families and left me disappointed for so many reasons. "
