“We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest. “Quirky, friendly historical venue. Everything worked well and although the building is tired, the owners and surroundings made up for it. We booked in for dinner and were provided with a warming, substantial home cooked meal and a Charming hostess. Good selection of wines. Lots of accommodation types available. Close to Richmond (walk or drive) and easy access to other areas. Beautiful scenery and lots of animals that any children would love. ”
