"honestly the property was nice but lacked some necessities like a kettle and conditioner, we called the front service and they were very rude about it but they brought up a kettle for us. when we asked why they didn't have these stuff they told us it wasn't in our room type. i understand but they could've been nicer when they told us, and mind you when i was talking to them i was super respectful. "

"Wonderful Boutique Hotel in the heart of Old Town Zurich. Incredible restaurants and entertainment literally all within 100 M. If you are a light sleeper may be a challenge because the folks of Zurich party deep into the night. We happened to be there for there celebration of spring which brought added excitement and added noise!!! Wonderful experience overall!!"

"We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. "
