Hotels with Air Conditioning in St. James

"The property has a great location but it's state is bad. Hard to understand why a owner would let such a place so run down."

"Fatema was super helpful with early check in, questions and queries we had. There is a washing machine, fridge with ice machine and dishwasher in the apartment which were all added bonuses!"

"Great location and amenities."

"Had a great 5 day trip here. Beach was beautiful, property was nice. Was a bit concerned about the food from reading previous reviews - after experiencing it myself I have no complaints and was very happy with the meals. My only complaint was room ran a bit smaller the expected however, what made this resort special was the beach, the dine around program offered, and the staff. From Mya to helping us with check in/check out, and the general manager being extremely friendly. Special shoutout to...

"Everything was good"

"Staff still training but so friendly. Could not fault enthusiasm or helpfulness."

"Wonderful place would definitely be back!!!"

"Brilliant budget Apartments. Have stayed several times and is perfect for beach, local amenities and transport links. Remember the price you pay and you will not find better value on this beautiful island."
