"Room was great, however, there were overhead white "blinds" above the day bed, which were mouldy, for the price i paid, i would expect that to be clean. Also, i wanted to extend my stay but the front desk did not go the extra mile to help me. I was utterly disappointed. Apparently there was availability, but an issue with the system to allocate the same room i was in to me."

He then told me to either cancel my reservation (which is non-refundable) or pay for upgrade. He is not even a supervisor or manager. He is the only staff in the hotel and he refused to listen to any reasoning. Since I am not from there and I was not feeling good, I had no choice but to pay for an upgrade.
