"When we first arrived on Saturday morning (1/17), our reservation could not be found in their system. We showed the "manager" our confirmation email & then she admitted us. The house is gorgeous, but the floors were not clean. I walked around barefoot inside the house & my feet were very dirty. It was very quiet there. The pool had cool water as did the jacuzzi (not heated). Breakfast with Rachel was lovely. We would stay there again."

"There was no one to check us in the security guard did not know anything about us coming . He phoned two of his friends to come and shake us down . Lucky to get out alive Danger Danger. We did not get a room that we paid for"
