The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. Amazing Jamaican owned facility..updated rooms..amazing staff can not say enough about them..this boutique hotel gave the true Jamaican experience..yes theres room for improvements here but if u get past that you'll have an amazing time..its walkable to Harmony Beach free..the strip..KFC..Burger King..Juici Patti..27/27 Club..they have all day security and free parking..kudos to the staff..I will definitely book again
