"I booked one night at this hotel through Orbitz. I arrived with my 18-month-old baby hoping to make her a bottle and go to bed. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. There was no one at the check-in desk and when I call the number on the reservation, they told me to wait in the parking lot for someone to come.
