"Staff was friendly although didn’t offer much in the way of helpful advice or suggestions .Room was quite modern and clean. Breakfast was mediocre and some details were lacking: Many of the “clean” plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty with stuck-on food. Town had very limited things to see and do. There were a couple good dining options, but not many during early season."

"This is a beautiful location and the facilities are stunning. Really everything is picture perfect and you are only 20 minutes from Montepulciano and 30 minutes from Pienza. Both are amazing to explore and offer excellent dining options. The concierge recommended Tuscan Sweet Dreams to take us to a vineyard and through the Val d’Orcia. This was truly memorable. "Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "
