We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for several days, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel.
A few staff members—Ilena, Francesco, Haron Rashid, Antonella, and Pascual—were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of our stay.
However, our experience with Rossana at the pool bar was very disappointing. When we called to order drinks as instructed by the hotel, she often responded rudely, saying she didn't have time or couldn't come. We addressed this with her more than once, but nothing changed.
Overall, most staff were not very helpful and usually referred us to someone else instead of assisting. The breakfast was basic, and the coffee machine was frequently out of order.
Although the bed linens were clean, the rooms were outdated. The bathroom fixtures were old, rusty, and in need of renovation, and we also found many ants in our room.
Sadly, the poor service, outdated facilities, and lack of maintenance made this stay far below what we expect from a Four Points by Sheraton.
