Do not be fooled by the ad, it is a hotel with parking that has no parking space available, dwarf rooms, with lousy bathroom, smell of snuff and insufficient air conditioning, for the low price of 360 €. Dirty pool, no access to the sea despite all the pictures suggesting otherwise. In short, an expensive little pity, which ruined my stay in Opatija. I would think twice before booking...
