"We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. "The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space.
Staff were great though! "
