We had lovely view from our bedroom with view of nearby church with the bell chiming thru the day. Lovely flowers at front of hotel. Pool was nice and warm. We will stay here again on any future wee trips.

Great location and walking distance to the main street, shops and attractions. Nice pool, spa and well spaced parking. Family room is perfect for 4 or 5 guests with lots of space to move around. Only callous would've been nice to have a small refrigerator and fans or air conditing as it was 25 Celsius and quite warm in the room.

Great staff, location good to walk the town big choice for breakfast, I booked the single room it was quite small, bed was ok hotel is dated in some sections and upgraded in other parts. Bar didn’t have much of a vibe in my opinion. Lots of shopping and various pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Nice hotel.Our room had been refurbished so all good apart from shower.Power in shower wasn't good.We were on ground floor next to a road so heard all the traffic and pedestrians passing and some of them loud.Soundproofing not good.Heard every bit of noise from upstairs.Doors banging etc.On the upside grandkids loved the pool.Staff lovely.

Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!

Im vegetarian and not a great lover of buffet breakfast...not enough variety and looked quite greasy! Apart from that, there was plenty of choice of 'Continental' type produce, so it was acceptable.
