Staff were all very friendly and helpful. My partner and I stayed with my 4 year old niece, her first time in a hotel and she had a wonderful experience, she is already planning a return visit with us! Breakfast had lots of choice, well cooked & presented and also caters well for various allergies/intolerances.

Hotel is ideally located for the High Street & especially for the Enchanted Forest bus pick up. The staff at reception are very friendly & approachable. The swimming pool is a nice size & the water temperature was lovely & warm. Breakfast is buffet style & offers a good variety of choices. Would definitely stay again.

I was disappointed with our stay. The main reception and games room are were well decorated and comfortable giving the impression of a well maintained hotel. Unfortunately our room smelled musty and had puddles of water on the windowsills. We were across from the cleaning store which meant there was rubbish piled up from other rooms outside of our door. The pool area was in need of a clean - grout, loungers and the floor were dirty. Overall I felt it was not good value for money.

We initially received an accessible room, but unfortunately the toilet flush was not working because the handle was broken. The duty manager was very helpful and offered us an alternative room in the building next to the hotel, which turned out to be lovely and very comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel is pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only area that may need some additional attention is general maintenance.

It’s a unique property. We unfortunately were not staying long (got in late and had to leave early) so didn’t get to experience the amenities. However, the staff went above and beyond and had the buffet ready early so we could eat before we left, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated!
