We had a nice stay here, hotel very conveniently located within walking distance to town and activities. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice. The property could use a bit of TLC in a lot of areas to be more up to date but was nice

Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!

Im vegetarian and not a great lover of buffet breakfast...not enough variety and looked quite greasy! Apart from that, there was plenty of choice of 'Continental' type produce, so it was acceptable. Parking perfect. Staff friendly and very helpful...overall a lovely getaway place. Thank you...would visit again.

Room was spacious. Breakfast room staffer (older gentleman) was enthusiastic and helpful. On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited parking. We arrived for check in around 9:30 pm and the lot was completely full except for 1 EV charger spot. The lady at the front desk directed us to a public pay-parking lot several blocks away (which we later discovered has signs saying no overnight parking). She asked us if there were any of the charger spots left and we said yes, there was 1, and she told us to park there. So we did get a parking spot on the grounds, then made sure we were back to the hotel early every evening after that so we could get a spot.

The steam room is nice. My check-in included choosing breakfast at 7:30am or 9:30am. I arrived on the moment for 9:30. Food in steam tray was either gone or had been there too long. I was made to feel I was the inconvenience. Dining rm thinks meal is between half 7 & half 9. Desk needs to be accurate b/cI would have preferred an 8:30 arrival for some berries!

Hotel is a bit tired and needs some maintenance and investment, jacuzzi out of order, lifts out of order no on or restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were clean and cozy pool was decent but a bit small steam room was ok aswell.
