"The hotel was great about communication regarding the hotel shuttle to/from the airport. The pool was fun and refreshing. The area is as safe as it can be. This is not the fault of the hotel, which is very security-conscious, but outside of the hotel, all of Port-au-Prince is experiencing insecurity. "

"The property doesn't look like a hotel, nothing work, the pool was out of service, the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi on property. A restaurant with no food and no beverage not even water. The room only has 2 outlet. If the tv is on that left you with one other choice. No iron or iron board. The worst i ever seen for that price"
