“We stayed over the Labor day weekend but were very disappointed that the thing we were looking forward to the most was to use the pool as it has been extremely hot in Oklahoma this summer. The staff did not mention that the hotel had sold the pool on Sunday from early am to 5 pm for a private party. The fell on the only entire day we were staying. No sincere apology just we'll pass along your number to management but no one has called. We are expect to have some of the expense refunded to us but...
