“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

“The best thing about staying here is the fact that the mall was connected to it. I requested an early check in and upon arrival to the property, after 19 hrs of travel, the room was not ready. Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check in time, to actually get to my room. The staff were okay, but nothing too great and they seemed dismissive and unavailable when I did need to interact with them. I would highly suggest looking for...
