“Little house with 2 little rooms. My single room was very clean but not so spacious. The bed was too narrow but I could sleep well anyway. Vilja and Johann (the owners) were so friendly and gave me a lot of tips. If you look for a single room it's your place.”

“Loved my stay here! Although I traveled solo, there is sufficient room for a large family/group. The view of the fjord is extraordinary, and I found myself sitting and watching the beautiful wildlife for hours. The adjustable LED lighting in the kitchen/living room area is a very nice touch, and there are separate indirect heating thermostats to control different parts of the home. The houseboat is situated in a perfect location for driving out of Esturoy and visiting places like Gjógv,...

“It’s quite small, but it’s all modern, bright and basically all new inside. They made good use of the space. There’s floor heating you can turn on from inside the bathroom. The kitchen has a double electric stovetop, a small fridge, a kettle, dishes etc. The bedroom is up a ladder with a low ceiling, so it’s not a place to sit, just for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the location is quiet. We could fall asleep to the sound of the little creek outside the window. For the two of us, it was...
