"The rooms were beautiful and clean , how ever the random smells of sewers were unbearable. The views were to die for and the staff made me feel like a queen . Haji and the other gentlemen during the day shift definitely went above and beyond for me . I stayed at different hotels during my 9 day travels and this was so far my favorite despite the random smells. Oh let’s not forget they have the best fresh cooked breakfast . "

"Odalar mağara ve taş tipi olduğu için oldukça serin. Sağolsunlar ısıtıcı istedik bir tane yetmedi iki tane verdiler. Odaların ve otelin tozu günlük alınırsa daha hijyenik olur. Kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bizimle ilgilenen Mehmet Kaya ağabeyimiz çok nazik ve kibar birisi. Resepsiyon gece gündüz 3 dakikada isteğinizi yerine getiriyor. Odanıza çay kahve su ikramları mevcut. Gayet ilgililer. Bir sonraki Ürgüp yolculuğumda tereddüt etmeden bu oteli...
