We stayed in one of the cave rooms for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and staying in an authentic cave room made our trip to Cappadocia even more memorable. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay at Asmalı Konak again. One small suggestion: we traveled from the U.S., and our kids had a hard time finding breakfast items they enjoyed. Adding a simple waffle maker with a variety of toppings would be an easy and inexpensive improvement that would make breakfast much more family-friendly for international guests.

You will not regret staying here

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, very clean, but still a cave with air conditioning which is rare. The staff are amazing and very friendly who want to make the stay magical. We arranged tours and transfers with them and when a balloon tour was cancelled, they jump through hoops to ensure we got our money's worth with another 2 tours. The breakfast is excellent and fresh more traditional fare so if you are looking for waffles you will be disappointed. The have a wonderful underground pool and Turkish steam room but didn't use it, but due to a legal issue they have blocked off the entrance, so you have to go outside to the other entrance to use it, The location is up the hill from the main town area, but Urgup is much quieter then Greome but plenty of excellent restaurant wine Cellers and pottery stalls. On the downside this is not disabled friendly as there are plenty of stairs, and I do recommend downloading Google translate, as English is not their first language and it just helps. Oh, interesting fact this hotel is very new on 7 months old and is the setting for a famous Turkish TV show so many people want to stop by to take photos of the courtyard. They never bothered us, and the staff is very respectful to their guests, so they are not disturbed.

We had an amazing stay at Asmalı Konak! The hotel was spotless, the service was outstanding, and the authentic cave rooms made the experience unforgettable. We were a group of 9 and every one of us loved it. Perfect blend of comfort and local charm—highly recommend!

Sehr schnelles Check-inn. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer Suit und jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Klimaanlage und Fernseher gehabt, war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung gewesen. Nur das Wasser vom Whirlpool floss nicht gut ab und ist ausgelaufen. Es war zwar jemand vom Personal da , aber das Problem konnte in kurzer Zeit nicht behoben werden. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug.

100 yıldız verebilseydim verirdim. Mükemmel bir yer. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanliydi. Biz erken gitmemize ragmen hic sorunsuz check in yaptilar. Otelin konumu cok güzel, sessiz sakin bir yerde. Otel sanki özel yalnızca bize kiralanmis gibiydi, özellikle havuz kısmı. Fazla misafir olmayan bir zamana denk gelmis olabiliriz. Odalar ve geri kalan hersey yeni yapilmisti ve pırıl pırıldi. Tam gidilmesi gereken zamanlar bence.

Otel çarşı merkeze yürüme mesafesimde 10 dalika. Akşam çarşıya gidip istediğiniz fiyatta akşam yemeği yiyebileceğiniz mekanlar mevcut. Herlesin bildiği Asmalı Konağı yeni otel haline getirdikleri için bütün eşyalar yepyeni. Günlük gezi programı bitsin biran önce otele dönelim istedik. Çünkü kapalı yerden ısıtmalı havuzu çok güzel. Fazla giren olmadığı için sanki özel havuz gibi kullandık. O yüzden siz gidince yoğunluk nasıl olur bilemem ama mutlaka hazırlıklı gidin. Kahvaltı çeşitleri hem fazlasıyla yeterli, hem kaliteli ve fazlasıyla doyurucu. Biz kahvaltımızı yaptıktan sonra öğle yemeğine gerek bile duymadık. Odalar çok geniş ve ferah. Rezervasyon yaptırdıktan aonra whatsapptan hemen sizinle iletişime geçiyorlar ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kapıdan girip ayrılana kadar sürekli güler yüzlü çalışanlarla birlikte oluyorsunuz. Havuzundan çıkıp hamam keyfi yapıp saunanın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Odalar da şönine mevcut. Bumu neden yazıyorum ...Nevşehir bir kere görmek yeterli olabilir ama ben kışın karların yağdığı bir dönemde sadece otele gidip şömineyi yakıp sadece o anların tadını çıkarıp dinlenmeyi planlıyorum.Araçla gittiğimiz için tek sıkıntı park yeri bulamamaktı. Ortak park alanı var ama sürekli dolu. Birde insanlar Asmalı Konağı görmek için geldikleri için sokak çok kalabalık ve alt kattaki odalara sokaktan fazlasıyla ses geliyor
